Pat Murphy Realtors was founded in 1965 by Patrick J. Murphy Sr., who is, and has been, the Broker of Record.  Joined by his business partner and wife as Associate Broker, the firm has enjoyed a great deal success since its founding.  Mr. Murphy is Realtor Emeritus with over 55 years of experience in the realty profession.  Over the years, the firm has sold more than 10,000 properties in the South Jersey region, which is comprised of the following New Jersey counties:  Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean and Salem.

As the HUD listing broker of record for those counties, the firm has enjoyed success in the marketing, sales and eventual closings of the properties which we have been fortunate to list.  We have sold more HUD homes than any other realty firm in the State of New Jersey.

The sales agents which comprise the team are a diverse group coming from all areas of South Jersey.  The diversity of the team lends to the accomplishments that the firm has enjoyed as the agents are well versed in their given selling areas.  Taking the unusual approach that the best way to sell a property is to have the agents on the street, there is no requirement for office floor duty.  Marketing is done to produce leads for each agent without imposing a referral fee.  With a database of over 5,000 clients, prospective clients and local agents from other realty firms are kept informed about our property listings on a twice weekly basis.
