These are real stories about real people. I have written them to show it is possible to become a millionaire, right here in your own back yard. It is also a way of expressing my admiration and compliments to many of our clients on their intelligence, industry, tenacity and plain hard work that has paid off for them.

I also want folks reading these stories to understand what Real Estate investing is, as I see it. It is a business. As such, the road to success is the same as any other business. Consider your assets both personal as well as financial. Set a goal and make a plan based on this inventory of assets and needs.

I believe that real estate investing takes hard work, as well as time. It is not a "get rich quick" business.  It may be so for the 2 am real-estate gurus I see on TV, but not in my experience.
