Properties with cancelled contracts will be re-listed for a five day period with priority to owner-occupants.  All owner-occupant offers received during this five day period will be considered to have been received simultaneously. On the first business day following this period, NHMSI will review the bids received and will acknowledge the highest acceptable net owner-occupant bid. At the end of the five day owner-occupant priority period and review, should the property remain unsold, it will then be changed to a daily bid status, and available to all bidders, including investors
